2. Does your child ask many questions and is he/she extremely curious?
3. Does your child understand and use humor?
4. Does your child have a vivid imagination (including imaginary friends)?
5. Does your child memorize and recall facts easily?
6. Does your child's memory seem extraordinary at times?
7. Is your child interested in computers (not just video games)?
8. Did your child demonstrate musical interest, ability, or aptitude just after age 2?
9. Can/could your child do 20-piece puzzles by age 3?
10. Does your child have a specific talent, such as artistic ability or unusual understanding of numbers, time, or money (may be more apparent in 4 year olds)?
11. Does/did your child do one-to-one counting or association of small quantities by age 3?
12. Does/did your child recognize their written name and simple signs by age 3?
13. Can your 3 year old write letters, numbers, words, and their name?
14. Does/did your child use the computer independently by age 4?
15. Can your 4 year old read "easy reader" books with little help?
16. Can your 4 year old do simple addition and subtraction?
17. Does your 4 year old have an understanding of mathematical concepts that have not been taught to them (might include fractions, counting by 5s or 10s, etc.)?
