How to Calculate 10 Minutes Ahead
Step 1: Check the Current Time
Look at a clock or your device.
Step 2: Add 10 Minutes
If the minutes total less than 60. Just add 10 to the current minutes.
Example: If it’s 2:30 PM, then 10 minutes later it will be 2:40 PM.
If the minutes total 60 or more. Subtract 60 from the minutes and add 1 to the hour.
Example: If it’s 2:55 PM, add 10 minutes to get 65 minutes. 65 – 60 = 5 minutes, and add 1 hour, making it 3:05 PM.
